Education, Training and Productivity

         Education is the process of helping an individual to acquire knowledge and skills to improve upon his or her life. Education is not only acquired only in the school but rather at various places such as the home, the Church and at various places.

           Training is a form of education excerpt that training is more specific and geared towards the acquisition of expertise in a particular vocation, trade or profession. For a example a person can be trained as a doctor,lawyer or a teacher.

            Productivity simply means output per man hour that is, the quantity and quality of goods an individual produces within a given period of time.

              Although education and training is important, they come under productivity. As the saying goes, productivity is high when an individual within a given period of time produces more goods. An individual needs to be educated and trained for his or her productivity to be high educationghblog.blogspot.com
